In June 1998, system-wide the company passed the British SGS ISO 9001: 1994 version international quality authentication, and in March 2001, we again passed the latest version of the ISO 9001:2000 authentication, making the entire operating system of the company consistent in terms of what it says, writes and does under the management of a review system, substantially improving our operational performance and service.
 4. Top ranking in the Taipei urban bus service industry
Since 2000, under the sponsorship of the Taipei City Government's Department of Transportation, Capital Bus has taken the lead in the "Evaluation Indicators of the Taipei Joint Operated Bus Services" 21 times in a row.
